Empty Paint Tubes
These empty paint tubes are great for saving money if you already have the larger studio tubes. I easily fit a full palette of colors in the 8 X 10 Cigar box with these tubes. I use white labels to identify the color.
Put larger tube into the bottom opening as far as you can then fill about half way. Be sure cap is on!
You can crimp the bottom of the tube with needle nose pliers or use a tube wringer. Be sure to leave space to fold crimped bottom 3-4 times. I usually use a tape of some kind over the bottom to ensure against leakage and to blunt the sharp edges.
