Minimum order : $10.00. We can only ship within the continental US.

We use the regular post office, United Parcel Service, and Federal Express for shipping, whichever is the most economical. If you'd like to use a specific method just call before placing your order. 

We have a new shipping scale that is simple and easy to follow. It is based on the amount of your order as follows:

up to $34.99 shipping charges= $6.95
$35.00-59.99 shipping Charges= $7.95
$60.00 and up Free Shipping!*
*certain extremely heavy items such as machines may carry a surcharge which will clearly be listed in the item details before you place it in your cart.

Returns:
At Lilly's our customers are very important. We will make every effort to see that your order is filled properly. The following conditions are to insure your satisfaction. Please feel free to call with any questions. 617 395 6650.

Returns must have prior authorization by calling (617 395-6650). We cannot accept returns after 21 days. The date that you call is the date we use to determine the 21 days. Only items that are received broken or defective can be returned. Please hold the item for insurance purposes until refund is authorized. Items that you have been charged for but are shipped wrong will be replaced, reshipped, or you will be refunded.
