Returns must have prior authorization by calling (617 395-6650). We cannot accept returns after 14 days. The date that you call is the date we use to determine the 14 days. Only items that are received broken or defective can be returned.  Items that you have been charged for but are shipped wrong will be replaced, reshipped, or you will be refunded.
